Welcome to Design for Freedom

Welcome to Design for Freedom Blog. This blog is dedicated to document the development of a project which is meant to apply the idea of open source design to industrial design - designing physical goods we use everyday (like furniture) in an open, collaborative manner. The designs will be licensed using one of the free licenses (like CC or GNU GPL/FDL), and their documentation avaliable online for download. This is a project in progress.
